Production platform transition
Took a payments platform from a shared dev branch to full production delivery — release process, testing milestones, and blue-green deploys with staged rollout and fast rollback — and cut the build pipeline’s time nearly in half.
Cloud security improvements
Ran an AWS security review and implemented the fixes: GuardDuty threat detection, AWS Config monitoring, least-privilege IAM, a locked-down default security group, and reject-only VPC flow logs.
Mobile platform architecture
Architected a mobile platform end to end, along with its AWS infrastructure, onboarding hundreds of clients with one-click, platform-agnostic production deploys.
AI-enabled engineering
Built MCP-based developer tooling and AI-assisted coding workflows, and helped engineering teams adopt them in day-to-day work.
